Informations, suggestions and images in this section refer to our 2011 journey. 17 days around southern Norway and Lofoten Islands.
Norway is truly a wonderful country. Nature rules. High mountains covered with snow, which fall straight on the water. And continuous streams of water flowing down from the walls, and sudden waterfalls at every turn; bridges, underwater tunnels. Worth a visit, despite the price!
Because the prices are the worse point in Norway. One night in the hostel can cost 100 Euro, a cup of coffee at least 3. But meeting the whales is an emotion that you will not forget!
